Our stay at the Sparks Home 2 bed house was truly worth the money. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a charming garden to relax in. The location was convenient, and the hosts were communicative and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of tea and coffee options.

I especially loved the cute little garden at the back. the house's location was perfect, with easy access to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing, it was absolutely perfect! 😊.

I had always wanted to visit the Winterbourne House and Garden, so I chose Modern Spark Home With Parking, Wi-Fi, Garden for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation with access to a shared lounge, a garden, and a shared kitchen. The shared facilities made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Sofa and armchairs were a bit hard.

Convenient Parking: We had a car during our stay and parking was as easy as a piece of cake. No need to worry about finding a spot or paying hefty fees. It was a relief to have a designated parking space waiting for us, just like having our own personal chauffeur.

Sparse Instructions: The only downside was that there were no detailed instructions on how to operate the appliances, TV, or heating. It took us a little time to figure everything out, but we managed.

The apartment has two bedrooms, which is great for a small group of friends or a family like mine. It felt cozy and comfortable. The equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave was convenient for making quick meals and snacks. I loved having a flat-screen TV in the living room. It was perfect for relaxing and watching our favorite shows. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver. We didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat nearby.

Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small. But that's just my opinion, others may still find it functional and enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the place was great, it was easy to get in, and the location was spot on. We loved having a cute little garden at the back and the private parking was a real advantage. It was handy to be able to park right in front of the house and not have to worry about finding a spot.

There were a couple of downsides. the security lights kept flashing all night and we couldn't seem to block out the light properly.
